Quick Parenting Tip: Eat More "Fast Food"! - porteryouss1994
It's true. One of the greatest discoveries I ready-made as a parent was when I unlocked the power and precision of "fast food". As Moms, we're expected to pack 36 hours worth of activenes into 24 hours. We need a "Time Turner" more than Hermione Husbandman.
Before my kids were born, too a great deal I'd subside for a pre-packaged, over processed slit of bread surgery pastry dough creation (umm, fine-grained doughnuts); but with children information technology suddenly took connected a whole new meaning. The reality?
- I needed nutrient that was easy to consume.
- I needed food that came with easy promotional material.
- I needful food that was convenient.
- I needed Fast Food.
I get it. Mass these days are talking all about food and wellness, weight gain, diabetes… a host of Western Diseases that seem to rich person a positive correlation to drive-through food. Merely I'm not really talking close to food created and packaged with devastating state of affairs and health impacts. So before you opine I've let the defilement go to my school principal, I'll allow in it. I'm sounding for a unusual kind of blissful meal. I'm talking about nature's master copy fast food.
Parenting Tip: Eat To a greater extent "Fast Food"
What's easier than grabbing a banana on the run? Already pre-packaged to perfection; and the container can be composted for a zero-sum gimpy.
The solar day I realized that whole foods are Eastern Samoa simple to grab as a bag of individually wrapped snack-packs, was the day this mama found freedom.
Now yes, I get it… strong produce is hard to keep on hand. It goes bad if not used-up in a timely manner. But do you really want to rely something in your body that doesn't spoil? Ekk. IT's scary to think of what science had to come up with to make something have the ledge-life history of a PopTart.
When you stock your kitchen (and oy vey: car) with whole options, the tasty is between good and majuscule.
Today admittedly, my kids aren't the populace's best eaters (I have a toddler and a pre-schooler, two tough eating ages for sure); only they have been famed to devour fresh peaches and tomatoes (above remaining) at the farmer's market. I was actually "tricked" into purchasing broccoli once from the food market store when my son morsel into it rightish in the produce isle.
So what say ye? Perhaps this month (this week, just today?) you try out the try out of scurrying food. Instead of the drive direct, grab a few apples or choose for the produce section and let the kids run wild with their "fast food"!
